By using this website or ordering from Spark Group Africa on WhatsApp, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you order on behalf of a business, you are agreeing to these terms for that business.

2. Your details

You are responsible for the orders placed from your WhatsApp number and for keeping your phone and any login secure.

• Provide accurate business and contact details and keep them current.
• You are responsible for all activity that happens under your number or account.

3. Orders

The order summary in the chat shows the products, quantities, and total before you pay. Check it before paying.

4. Acceptable use

Use the service lawfully and respectfully. Do not send spam or abusive messages, or attempt to disrupt the service.

5. WhatsApp

Ordering runs on the WhatsApp Business Platform, and Meta's terms also apply to your use of WhatsApp.

6. Payments

Payments are processed by Pesapal and DPO Pay. Spark Group Africa does not store your card details or mobile money PIN.

7. Suspension

We may suspend ordering for anyone who misuses the service or breaks these terms.

8. Limitation of liability

The service is provided as is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Spark Group Africa is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If we make material changes, we will post the new version here before it takes effect.
