Privacy Policy

Last updated September 28, 2026

1. Overview

This policy explains what information Spark Group Africa collects when you order from us on WhatsApp or use this website, and how that information is used, stored, and shared. We collect only what we need to take and deliver your orders.

2. What we collect

  • Contact and business details - your name, phone number, shop or business name, and delivery or collection location.
  • Order data - the products, quantities, and orders you place with us.
  • Message data - the messages you exchange with Spark on WhatsApp, as needed to take and support your orders.
  • Usage data - device, browser, and log information used to keep the service secure and reliable.

3. How we use your data

We use your data to take and fulfil your orders, confirm payments, send you order updates, answer your questions, and keep the service secure and reliable. We do not sell your data.

4. WhatsApp data

Ordering runs on the WhatsApp Business Platform provided by Meta. We receive only what the platform provides to run the ordering service - your messages, your WhatsApp profile name and number, and message delivery status.

5. Payment information

Payments are processed by Pesapal and DPO Pay. We receive the payment result and reference, but we never see or store your card number or mobile money PIN.

6. When we share data

We share data only with the service providers that run the ordering service (such as Meta, Pesapal, and DPO Pay), with the Spark teams that prepare and deliver your order, or when required by law.

7. Data retention

We keep your data for as long as we need it to serve your orders and to meet our legal and accounting obligations.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data.
